Employment Law Seminars-NERA
On Wednesday 12th and Thursday 13th November last ,the Business Development team held the first of a series of client seminars on Employment Law in our Waterford and Wexford offices.The seminar, entitled "NERA-Practical implications of the National Employment Rights Authority for emplyers in the Hospitality and Leisure Sectors" ,was presented by Catherine O’Connor and Fiona Ormond .
The seminar was designed to provide a practical overview of how this new agency will impact on employers in the day to day running of their business.
There was a very encouraging attendance at both venues and feedback was extremely positive-due to demand this particular seminar will now be repeated at our Wexford Office on the 4th December next.
Over the next months further seminars will address topics including Rendancies in Recession,Stress Bullying & Absenteeism and Risk Management fror Employers.
