Managing Partner since 2006. Specialises in all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution. In recent years Seamas has litigated in particular in the Commercial Court. He is an expert in complex High Court Commercial Litigation and has been involved in a number of highly publicised cases in recent times. During this period Seamas has also continued to litigate Plaintiff and Defendant cases in both the High Court and the Circuit Court Together with Sharon Cooney Seamas also handles the firm's family law practice having specialised in the area since qualification. |
